Gluten-free in Vienna

Because some of my friends are gluten-free eaters, I've noticed that Vienna can be a tough place to get a gluten-free meal. I thought it would be helpful to post a list of the few places that label gluten-free options on their menus. They also tend to label vegetarian, vegan, and lactose-free options, as well. Please let me know (in the comments to this post or by sending me an email) if you have other eateries to add, or if you have thoughts about the restaurants listed.
